Announcing the July Newsletter and New Main Street Gallery Website!

Welcome to the New Main Street Gallery Website

It is with great pleasure we announce the launching of our new website! After many years, and many false starts, we finally found the right website developer. Now, we are happy to say, we have our new site up and running.

The vastly improved website provides a more complete look at our gallery, showcasing our folk art, fine art, gifts, and more. We hope you will take a few minutes to browse around the galleries. If you have suggestions, comments, etc., we would love to hear from you in the comments section below.

Join Us On Facebook

In addition to the website, we have also created a Main Street Gallery Facebook Page. The Facebook page should be a great interactive tool where we provide useful updates on new art and artists, and friendly reminders to take a look at a new feature, our monthly newsletters.

In addition to the updates, we encourage you to use the Facebook page as an open forum to discuss art related issues or questions.

New Artists!

We are pleased to introduce two new artists to the gallery:

Tiffany Ownsby and Amy Landsburg.

Tiffany makes wonderful paper mache pieces and Amy creates whimsical wood constructions and paintings.

For additional photos or larger photos, please email us your request from the Contact Us page form.

Reminder, our Garden Show will end July 18th
July 23 the “Remembering Jon Whiddon” exhibition begins.
We are very excited to bring some of Jon Whiddon’s most spectacular work to the gallery for this special event. Jon was an exceptionally talented artist and a wonderful person.

We miss him.

Dinner Anyone?

We are not in the restaurant promotion business, but we can’t resist telling you about Bistro on South Main which is located in the Old Clayton Inn. It’s casual, fun, and delicious and we selfishly want Dominique to stay in Clayton!

The duck with the whole cherry sauce is a particular favorite and serves as a savory testament to his French Heritage! And, on top of it all, the prices are very reasonable and small portions are an option. Just tell Dominique Main Street Gallery sent you in order to receive a special treat.

Dinner Wednesday through Saturday. Lunch Saturday and brunch on Sunday.

[IMPORTANT] You Are Appreciated!

We are grateful to you, our clients and associates, for your wonderful support over the years. We promise to continue working hard to bring you quality art and unique items, and to provide with dedicated personal service.

So that we can further serve you more efficiently we will be discontinuing reaching out to you via our old emailing system at the end of 90 days from today. It can take us literally an entire day to email everyone about an upcoming exhibition. With our new email system we can let everyone know within a matter of minutes! This frees up SO much time to serve you better.

So to continue to receive email updates from us about our new newsletter and exhibitions we ask that you subscribe below with your email. Or you can visit this page to do so as well. You only have to do so once. Then head to your email inbox to confirm your subscription and you’re all set!

We wish you happy shopping!
